How this ran at a multi-brand home services holding company
A 12-week digital execution accelerator broke the consumer journey into three areas — win the booking, win the service, win the relationship — then ran creative workshops to design UX/UI for their homepage, three individual brand homepages and service pages, a preferred-partner page, a unified booking engine, and the mobile app. Strategy, creative, and technical discovery ran in parallel from week one, so the design system and the target-state architecture were never built in isolation from each other.
