**London – August 7, 2024** – Photon Interactive, a leading provider of digital and AI solutions, is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with two new hires: Nilanjan Ray as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Amit Padalkar as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Nilanjan and Amit bring extensive experience and expertise in their respective domains and will play key roles in driving Photon's growth and customer satisfaction.

Nilanjan Ray will lead the global marketing strategy and execution for Photon. With over two decades of experience in B2B technology marketing, Nilanjan has worked with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. His expertise includes branding, growth strategies, public listings, entrepreneurial ventures, and building high-performance marketing teams.

Most recently, he worked at Palantir Technologies, where he helped large enterprises solve complex data challenges and drive successful business outcomes through AI deployment.

Amit holds degrees in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and Santa Clara University. Besides his professional achievements, he is known for his venture investments in promising crypto and platform startups.
