Originally, the operations team and crew had to interact with many disparate applications which impacted the work efficiency at large. This was becoming too difficult to manage and the effectiveness of the crew suffered.
The leadership of the private jet company charted out a digital flight plan to engage prospects, customers, and their teams with an improved omnichannel experience and drive business towards a younger demographic. The digital flight plan was framed to improve on-time performance with unparalleled access to flight schedules, make each travel experience special and personalized, retain and focus on customers, teams, and an ambition to enhance customer experience across all departments.
To achieve its digital flight plan, the private jet company partnered with Photon for a digital strategy consultation. Photon performed an end-to-end digital readiness assessment of their people, process, and technology from each department. Photon planned for an agile approach to build roadmaps with key initiatives and a path to makeover their API framework, crew-facing apps, operations-facing apps and kiosk apps. Seamless integration of multiple applications to a single unified app would be the critical success factor for their operations and crew.
